The VIVOTECNA® SuperAerated EcoSpongeRubber is our Twenty-year industrial invention patent. It presents itself as an ecological product, since almost all components are of natural origin. Other few chemical elements, in low quantities, dissolve after vulcanization in the oven for several hours up to 130°C.
It has open cells and promotes air recirculation inside myriads of tunnels in the mass, reducing or eliminating humidity. For these characteristics it is defined as a fresh product and has elasticity, non-deformability and high mechanical properties, with resistance to traction, crumbling, abrasion.
This material is particularly aimed at the padding sector in furniture, sports, healthcare-medical, footwear and anti-impact protections.
It complies with CE REACH Regulation No. 1907/2006, as well as SVHC and USA FDA 21CFR 177.2600. This in respect of People, Animals and Environment.
Vivosan cushion padding is composed of Vivotecna SuperAerated EcoSpongeRubber slabs and fire-retardant Polyurethane Foam.
Double cover: Internal Slipcover in precious hygienic fabric with multiple protective characteristics. External Slipcover in polyester-based fire-retardant fabric.
Our cushions offer immediate comfort and well-being for freshness, homogeneous distribution of body weight that does not sink, relieve overheating and skin redness, help to passively prevent pressure ulcers. Cushions suitable for armchairs, wheelchairs, chairs including office chairs, both for seats and backrests.
For more effective pressure ulcer prevention, it is recommended to superimpose this Cushion on our dynamic active cushion, inflatable with cells.
